Micro-bead hair extensions (also known as stick tip, I-Tip or Cold Fusion) are when strands of hair are slipped into a copper or silicon cylinder/bead and compressed onto the strands of your own hair. 

It is the exact same process as the Nano-bead, only the Micro-bead is larger in size.
